The Valet Process
How it works
Paul works privately on a limited number of vehicles per week to ensure that your vehicle receives his full attention & is returned to you in pristine condition. Cars are collected from and returned to your address within the Tauranga/ Mt Maunganui/early Papamoa area.
Booking
Book your vehicle in through our booking form and select your preferred date of valet. Paul will then be in touch to confirm pick up.
Pickup
No drop off necessary! Paul will come to your home, pick up your vehicle for you and take it away to be valeted.

We offer 4 different levels of valet service. Choose which valet suits you and your vehicle best and Paul will do the rest.
Drop Off
Once your valet service is complete, Paul will drop off your vehicle back to your home and confirm the valet has met expectations.

You are the VIP to whom we want to return a vehicle in pristine condition. We can clean its interior, wash & polish the exterior & will get it as near to show-room condition as we can.

What else do we do?
What is WOFFIT?
Woffit is a subsidiary company to VIP Vehicle Valet. It provides:
Pick-up/redelivery of your vehicle from your address
Transport to/from a VTNZ or other Warrant or Certificate of Fitness facility
Filling in required forms & waiting while the vehicle is checked
Getting any quotes needed from e.g mechanical workshops. to pass the Warrant or Certificate if the vehicle is rejected e.g. tyres, brakes etc . This/these quote(s) will be forwarded to you for your approval, before any work is done.
Costs
We charge $100.00 to collect your car and put it through its Warrant or Certificate.
We charge an additional $30.00per hour for any additional travel/time arranging repairs/revisiting VTNZ.
All additional work to effect the passing of the Warrant or Certificate will be billed to you by the companies concerned
On completion of any required work, we will resubmit the vehicle for a Warrant or Certificate & then return it to you.
